Association of Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Registered Acupuncturists was registered with the Province of Nova Scotia in 2017 and its name changed on August 26th,2021 as Association of Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Registered Acupuncturists of Canada (ADTCMRAC)
The purpose of this association is to set the highest standards of practice for Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nova Scotia. The Board members of ADTCMRAC include Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Registered Acupuncturists. The educational standards of the ADTCMRAC meet and exceed the requirements of any of the regulated provinces in Canada. This association will pursue the regulation of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with the Nova Scotia Government. The major board members of this association have been lobbying government of Nova Scotia for regulation of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine practice in this province since 1992. We will continue for these efforts until success.
